The Story
There’s nothing better than finishing the week with a savory margarita, tasty salsa with a little bit of a kick, and warm chips with a wait staff to match.
It’s a tradition I have honored for almost 20 years.
At some point I coined the weekly occasion “Fiesta Friday” — Because every good ritual deserves a catchy name. But it has morphed to become so much more. Photos of drinks are often texted amongst friends — a virtual cheers and signal to the end of the week, pictures of margaritas with a squeezed lime slice and a perfectly salted rim, or of drinks with a sunset backdrop, or a fun bar, or a cozy beverage from the comfort of home. All that being said, Fiesta Friday is about enjoying each moment and appreciating every day.
